HOA Pool & Hot tub
The heated HOA pool is just steps away from our door. Open seasonally, this pool allows you to take a refreshing dip during the warmer months. The hot tub is opened year round to unwind and melt away the street during any season.
Foosball table
A foosball table is a great addition to the house. It provides entertainment and fun for all our guest. It offers hours of enjoyment. It is the perfect way to create lasting memories.
Washer & Dryer
Another added convenience is the washer & dryer inside our home, you can pack lighter and freshen up your clothes with ease. We will provide a small bottle of detergent.
Roku TV’s
There are 4 Roku’s Tv’s in the home that will be set to guest mode. Just bring your streaming log in information and log in to enjoy your favorite programing while here. You will automatically be logged out on check out day. Don’t have any streaming services? There are local channels on the main TV, and Roku live TV on that one and all the others. Free Wi-Fi included.
